Restoring your smile
Using multiple crowns and veneers, we can repair and transform problem teeth. There is no job too big where Dr Devang Patel can’t create a smile that you can be proud of. Whether you need to rebuild your teeth due to natural circumstances or because of an injury that has left you needing reconstructive treatment, he can help get your smile back to where it was.
It is always best to use your natural teeth. Before continuing on the treatment, Dr Devang Patel will take x-rays and scans to ensure that your teeth are healthy enough to support new crowns or onlays which are more conservative.
Replacing your smile in a day
Having significant tooth loss can have a huge impact on your life. It affects what you eat, how you talk and can cause a change in facial shape. Implants can support a full arch restoration, custom-made from a combination of metal and porcelain. These implants can be placed in one day, with a temporary arch being provided as well, which means you leave the practice that day with a full smile.
Once the implants are placed, Dr Devang Patel will capture accurate 3D scans of your mouth shape, which are then sent to the dental lab where your custom teeth are created by experts in their craft.
Dr Devang Patel uses the most up-to-date implant techniques and digital scanning equipment to provide the most successful and long-lasting solutions to tooth loss.
If you have complete dentures, we can have them adjusted at the dental lab so they can fit onto implants. The acrylic gum moulds are cut away, leaving only what you need for your functional set of teeth.
Only four implants are needed on the lower jaw and four to six in the upper jaw to replace a full smile due to the impressive support and strength fully integrated implants offer.
